toggle between multiple open Google Profile Accounts using Chrome on MacBook Pro

Hi there -

for well over a decade now I have failed to find a solution to this:

I have a macbook pro 16-inch from 2019 that is currently running macOS Sonoma 14.5. I simultaneously use multiple Google Profile Accounts in Google Chrome browser.

Is there a keystroke pattern to toggle between the Google Accounts? I searched online and was advised to click OPT + backtick (I think).

I cannot find the backtick key. Can someone advise? [I'm not talking about the CMD + tab toggle, or the Control + tab within tabs in one Google Profile account]

Here is a screenshot of the Google account windows I want to toggle ( no keystroke noted in the window, I'm wondering if this is even possible?).

I will also post this on a Chrome discussion.

Thank you for you time. ny
