Apple watch haptic vibrations, no idea what is causing them.
My Apple watch is vibrating several times a day and I have no idea why and how to stop them.
Some of the times of these haptics are quite regular, and others are approximately regular.
As an example of the regular vibration I think I have determined that it is occurring whenever my focus mode changes state. Of course Apple doesn’t like to log these events so this is a guess (perhaps educated).
For the approximately regular events I think they may be home kit automations tied to sunrise/sunset times. I am less certain about these events.
I abhor haptics that are not issued at the same time as a “persistent” notification. There is no way to really know what is causing the haptic and so no way for me to turn it off. Of course we can’t control that side of things.
Does anyone have any ideas how to identify the offending actions or turn them off??
