You don't present enough details here. Is the Lock symbol what you see after attempting to place the 2018+ Mac into DFU Mode? Or after actually starting the Revive/Restore process?
Currently he laptop is not in DFU Mode according to the Lock symbol shown in your picture. It can be tricky to put some 2018+ Macs into DFU Mode. You need to follow the instructions in the following Apple article exactly. The background image should show "DFU" in the gray square instead of the Lock symbol.
How to revive or restore Mac firmware - Apple Support
If the Revive/Restore process produced some other error code, then you need to power off the Mac & re-enter DFU Mode again before making a second attempt. The information in the gray square of Apple Configurator tells you the status of the connected device.

Thank you for the photo.
As the messages reads: "Click Restore to update the device to the latest firmware version. This cannot be undone." I see not "Restore Button". So, if you do not see one either, the reinstall teethe lasts compatible macOS version.
Reinstall to the Latest macOS:
You need to Install the latest version of macOS compatible with your computer. To do so, hold down these there key simultaneously upon boot: [Option + Command + R]
