How to restore accidentally deleted entry from my iPhone Journal app?

I accidentally deleted an entry from my iPhone Journal app, and I want to restore it. Is there any option where it gets stored, such as trash? or even get it back ?

Recovering Journal Entries:

A. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from one that has these items (the most recent backup, ideally). If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back up your device for recovery purposes. Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out. Note that you can only restore from a backup that is of the iOS that is currently installed, as downgrading the iOS is just not an option.

Elsewise, it's unrecoverable.

B. As the button would have said:

"This action can't be undone."
