Hi - Is iPhone 6s Plus is still safe to use as considering the ios updates are discontinued?!
Can we use banks app kind of sensitive stuff?

It’s still perfectly safe …
… but be aware that some financial apps have already crased support of iOS 15 …
… and more will almost certainly be following.
Apple too has already ceased iOS 15 support for the Apple Store app as well.
But if iOS 15 still meets your needs, there’s no compelling reason to stop using a 6s.
You should still be able to get security updates from time to time, and it is highly unlikely that your iPhone 6s will be hacked,
