Apple ID & Mobile no longer exists - Cant reset & No Reciept

I have a really old phone, that i need to use just for music in the office, i cant unlock it or reset it because i dont have the old apple ID password.

the Apple ID Email and Mobile number do not exist anymore- my old employer- who also does not exist anymore! and apple are saying they cant help me without a receipt. Surely my Identification and the apple ID identification matching should be sufficient, but no, it is not.

What do i do here, its ani iPhone 5- i have no idea when or where i bought this dinosaur from!
