I need to know why the screen time passcode is not blocking access to the content & restrictions page nor much else now?

While you may have set a ScreenTime Passcode, you must also explicitly enable Content & Privacy Restrictions:
Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions - set to ON
Yes, it is enabled. But it used to hide the whole blocked/approved list behind the code. Now it is totally visible although you can’t delete things without the code. My question is why is it now visible to see the websites you block/allow??
