Without your ID to recover it, your way out is to create a backup then DFU the phone in Recovery Mode.

You cannot simply erase the phone because it demands screen time passcode.

If you restore the backup and screen time is still locked you will have to DFU and start from scratch. How you manage data recovery will depend on where you saved it.

This exact thing happened to me this week - set the screen time password, noted it down (it is one I reuse so didn't even need to do that) and then when using it the next day, it did not work. I can assure you I set it as the code I noted. Can't reset it because I apparently did not set a separate Apple ID up for resetting the code.

Seperate ID? No, you use your own iD and password, pr for stealth someone else's. However if you spell either ID or password incorrectly, it simply doesnt save and you are into the Recovery Mode wipe method.

Basically stay away from Screen Time or be prepared for disaster eventually,

My screentime passcode changed itself
