Apple wallet double-click enable/disable option not showing up

I want to disable double click activation for Apple wallet, as I’m unable to decline call using double click because of this feature.

However there’s no option to enable/disable the double click option in Apple wallet in settings.

Apple Wallet Every time I try to present tickets independently of Apple wallet it keeps popping up and interfering with the transaction so I’m unable to get important tickets read by scanners.
