if it was me then I would remove those 2
and if Malwarebytes is the paid one which runs all the time then I would replace it with the free one that only use resources when you start it to scan every other day.

Your EtreCheck report shows the file. It is at /Library/Application Support/McAfee
However, that's the only McAfee file you have. I should remove that "menulet" file from EtreCheck's AV detection. That file alone is not sufficient to say you've got McAfee installed.

Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.
Find All for Name>Contains>mcafee & trash & reboot.
I removed all the mcafee stuff and also removed cleanmymac. Right now, things are back to normal speed.
