Autopay transaction went through with no balance on the apple credit card, how do I get the money back?
Alright, here’s how to proceed with this. The Apple Card Terms & conditions specifically state,
>>In all instances, if your Account balance on the scheduled payment date is $0 or less, then we will automatically cancel your payment scheduled for that date. In the case of a recurring payment, your payment will automatically restart on the next scheduled payment date on which your Account balance is greater than $0; <<

Ask the Goldman Sachs Apple Card specialist why the payment was not canceled per the terms and conditions that you and the Goldman Sachs agreed to? You want either a check mailed to you or an ACH transfer back to your account on file. If Goldman Sachs does not agree you will file a complaint with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). If you file the complaint, you’ll have your funds within 30 days.
Please call Goldman Sachs, do not use the chat feature. If necessary escalate your request to a supervisor. Be polite but also be firm that they comply with the Terms and Conditions. Get name of supervisor and list their name in the CFBP complaint if necessary.

Not exactly sure what you are referring to. The Apple Credit Card is not a pre-paid card the has a balance to use for charges. It is like all other Credit Cards where the charges are posted to the card and it is your responsibility to pay it off.
Thank you!!
The autopay took the money out of my bank account and now I have a credit of 102.00.
Do you want to file a dispute over the amount, or the credit is OK?
I would like the money returned to me.
Thank you!! Much appreciated!!!
