Apple Card charged full amount despite autopay setup

Hi guys, so im paying autopay for my payment plan and then suddenly apple card charged me the whole amount instead of paying my monthly payment every month is there anyway that my bank can reject or dispute that payment ? apple specialist they file a billing error notice but itll take 10days to months

You’ll need to contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs bank and your bank the funds were withdrawn from.
