Don't you hate it when your iPhone didn't turn off after using its camera?
I swore I pressed the button to turn it off! Or maybe it got accidenatly turned on? My pant pocket gets really warm and there goes its battery power too. :(

If you keep your phone in your pants pocket, anything can be turned on by the screen being tapped as you walk. For anyone who carries their phone in a pocket or purse, to got:
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Tap or Swipe to Wake - turn it off
Going forward, you won't have unintended touch, but you will need to learn to tap the side power button to wake your phone as opposed to tapping the screen to wake it.
