How can I test if my Belkin Charger cable is broken?

I have this belkin Boost Charge Pro Fle C to lightning charger that I purchased 2 months ago in Chicago Apple Store. However I have been seeing a drastic decrease in battery charging. I have tested with other cables and ports and they still worked. I want to know if my cable is broken

If you do an Internet search for USB cable testers, you should find dozens of links for where you can get one. Otherwise, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to assist you with this.
