My new ip14 is showing charging when plugged in but battery percentage is not increasing.This things happens sometimes. cable and adapter are also original. Anyone else is facing the same in their device .

this may be an issue with you’re battery. Try contact apple support.
if it continues I would recommend returning for a new one.
Thanks for your response. I talked to them .. they also did a run on my device to check if there is any issue with battery but they said it is completely fine
