Why is my iPhone 13 Pro battery draining so fast?

I recently replaced the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro. Before replacement, my battery health was :

MaximumFCC (original maximum capacity): 3220 mAh

NominalChargeCapacity (current maximum capacity): 2677 mAh

CycleCount (number of complete charge cycles): 653 cycles

Relative to when it was new, your battery capacity is 83,14%.

After replacement :

MaximumFCC (original maximum capacity): 3227 mAh

NominalChargeCapacity (current maximum capacity): 3172 mAh

CycleCount (number of complete charge cycles): 9 cycles

Relative to when it was new, your battery capacity is 98,3%.

I wanted to know if it was normal that I lost 1.7% in 9 charging cycles?

I use the MagSafe Duo. Does this have an impact on the health of the battery?
