My iPhone 12 mini's Camera keeps glitching weirdly

I own an Iphone 12 mini. My 1x Camera keeps glitching weirdly. The 0.5 works just fine but when using the other one keeps glitching. The video isn’t clear, i have weird lines on the screen and i can physically feel my Phone shaking when the lines appear. My Phone had slight contact to Water, but the Phone is supposed to be warer-resistant. I really have no idea how or if it can be fixed.
