access my Apple ID with the Apple Store

whnever I gave the information and try to create the id in apple store in my new MacBook, its showing , for assistance visit iTunes.support.

How to create a new Apple ID as my wife's Apple ID which was setup by Apple Store executive is inactive? Hi, My wife bought a Macbook Air and the Apple Store people configured her Apple ID incorrectly such that she has never been able to login, does not have the password and therefore, neither are we able to change it nor log into Apple Cloud etc. How can she create a new Apple ID?
