I go and try but it won’t let me when I go to screen time and put allow changes it does nothing nothing appeared to the apps I need help with this stupid thing

It sounds as if you're trying to enable Photo access for various app. If you go to Settings><app name> or Settings>Privacy & Security>Photos and there's no entry for the app you're trying to give access to, try deleting and re-installing the app. When you launch it after re-installing it, you should get the pop-ups for various permissions.
