I want to seperate my wife's phone from my apple id

I have created a new Apple ID for my wife's phone but can't figure out how move her phone over to the new ID. Also the new ID can't login to the Apple website??

Separating iPhones that are currently using the same Apple ID My daughter’s phone was originally set up using my husband’s Apple ID. She is now older and has set up her own Apple ID and wants to know how can she transfer her phone to the new ID without losing all of her photos/whatsapps/etc? All of the strings I can find on this are really old and not very helpful; I’m thinking that this must be a fairly common scenario and by now there must be a relatively easy way to accomplish this??
