I’m having issues connecting to the littlelf security camera I bought. It’s asking me to connect to 2.4G and won’t connect to my 5G. Anyone know how to fix this?

By "5G" I assuming you mean a Wi-Fi network transmitting on the 5GHz band, and not a 5G cellular network ... correct?
Based on what you posted, it is most likely the former network. In that case the manufacturer is telling you that it cannot connect to your local 5GHz Wi-Fi network, and can only connect to the 2.4GHz band. There is no "fixing" this requirement.
What is the make & model of your wireless router and I can see if I can pull up its owner's manual to guide you through how to enable its 2.4GHz radio.
if the camera only support 2.4Ghz then you need to enable 2.4Ghz in your wifi router and bridge it with your 5Ghz network, otherwise you can't use the camera
most wifi routers that support 5Ghz still also support the older 2.4Ghz
it varies from router to router, many have some IP address which one type into a web browser and login and configure it there, but suppose some carriers does not let end users configure routers (which is really why I usually get my own wifi router and pass on the carriers router)
