"<app> will damage your computer" messages

A prevalent problem that many seem to be having.

I have just updated to Catalina and am no having the issue.

My pop-up warnings (I'm receiving two) are "ReceiverHelper" and "ServiceRecords".

Please assist to identify the problem files.

The problem files seem to be the LaunchAgents com.citirx.ReceiverHelper.plist and com.citrix.ServicesRecords.plist


Given that Citrix Receiver stopped being updated in 2018 or so and has been replaced with Citrix Workspace...you might consider upgrading, or removing the program and all its components if you don't actually use it.


If you use it, I presume you are aware, and that the program is being used for work - otherwise what are you using workspace virtualization software to connect to in the first place?
