Connecting a third monitor to my Mac Mini M2

I have two monitors set up, but I'm unable to connect a third, which I need. Is there a hub that would work or any other suggestions? I'm a small business and can't upgrade to the Mac Mini M2 Pro, so that's not an option currently. I know there are options for purchase, but there is no guarantee it will work and I'm hoping that someone can provide me with a solution based on what has worked for them.

I'm hoping there is a way for me to do this, but I'm starting to feel a bit hopeless.
