Can I connect two monitors to my MacBook Air (2018)?

Is it possible to have 2 monitors attached to my MacBook Air (2018) 1.6 ghz dual core intel i5? I didn't see any plus sign to add a second like in videos I've seen - or rather, it wasn't listed, even after. I held down option key.

2nd Display Support: Dual/Mirroring*. 2nd Max. Resolution: 5120x2880 (5K)*

as many as two external displays up to 4096x2304 (4K) up to 60 Hz.

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

      • One external display with 5120-by-2880 resolution at up to 60Hz
      • Up to two external displays with 4096-by-2304 resolution at up to 60Hz

Thunderbolt 3 digital video output

      • Native DisplayPort output over USB‑C
      • VGA, HDMI, and Thunderbolt 2 output using adapters (sold separately)

BUT: it looks like you have only two Thunderbolt ports to charge and run displays. That could be a problem. You might need a Dock or a display that provides substantial Power Delivery.

NB>> The Mac supports TWO displays on one cable ONLY when the Port, the Cable, and the first device (Dock or Display) are all genuine Thunderbolt. USB-C cables support ONE display, maximum.
