Unable to use Touch ID in MacBook pro 14

unable to use Touch ID in Macbook pro that happened after spilled coffee near to the laptop (but not on the Touch ID key), everything is Ok but the Touch ID when try to use it there is message said (failed)

Sounds like some coffee may have made it into the laptop. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.
