Some .MOV not displaying thumbnails on Windows 11

This has been happening for maybe two months or more. It was fine before, but I suspect either an update for ios or Windows 11 has corrupted something. I have several different folders on my PC where the newer .MOV folders, do not have thumbnails but yet those same folders have older .MOV files which their thumbnails display. I have attempted all the Window fixes to display thumbnails, but none have corrected the problem.

Images on my desktop Ventura OS keep disappearing I have a MacBook Air 2020 that has two items on the desktop: a folder of the pictures I imported from my iPhone 12 and my hard drive. I’ve been on Macs since 1988 and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. If I tap the desktop with my cursor the two images show up but if I tap the desktop with my cursor again, both images disappear. I’ve looked in all the settings that I can find including one that says to leave folders on the desktop, which I checked. But yet no matter what’s on my desktop if I tap the desktop they disappear and then I tap it again and they reappear. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!

Unable to open .jpg, .png in my OneDrive On my Mac, I am suddenly unable to open jpg and png-files stored in OneDrive. If I try, the thumbnail changes to one of my private pictures (they are not stored in this area, it is a work area) Folders with certain Al-files are empty. This isn't the problem on my office computer (PC) I can access all jpg and png files in OneDrive, and I can't see any changes on the thumbnails either. I can access the Al-files. I spoke with Microsoft, but they said this would be an Apple-issue.

folders in photos not showing in browser when I try to open images from photos on photoshop with 'open' button, i can't see the folders on the top of the browser which used to be appear, so i can't select the images from years ago. it didn't happen in monterey and started to happen as soon as i upgraded to ventura. above image shows the error it supposed to be above (i know it's movies tab - just refer the folders bar on the top)
