Sending messages to one of the mails hide my email, I do not receive messages to the main mail. What could be the problem, the main mail is specified correctly, there is nothing in the spam folder

Seems like an iCloud mail problem. I also don't get any "hide my email" messages. And I can't send emails to any other email addresses (gmail.com, outlook.com). The emails are in Sent but don't arrive.
How?
I still don’t receive any forwarded email using hide my email addresses. Been on the phone with Apple support, but no solution yet.
I’m unsure when it stopped working. But no emails that are send to ANY hide my email addresses are received at the forwarding address @gmail.com. I have set up a new one, to be sure. Doesn’t work. It used to work fine for very long time.

have you received messages before or is this your first trip?
I use hide my email extensively without issues that I know of. Last email received was on Friday.

I sent an email from my @icloud.com to my @gmail.com using Mail on iPad. It worked fine here.
