ECG on  WATCH SE series 9

I purchased  WATCH SE series 9 recently for my wife as she has Cardiac issues .

After purchasing realised that it did not have ECG facility in Health App.

Advise any options available without extra cost ?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Why isn’t the ECG available on the Watch SE ? The ECG app is not on the watch se ! Which makes no sense. They need to make this available on the Watch SE. if I knew it wouldn’t be available I wouldn’t have changed watches this is beneficial
