The iTunes review page will not let me type on it and I’ve tried like five times

The iTunes page won’t let me type on it so I’ve tried like a whole bunch of times and then it won’t even let me press next. It just keeps me there on the same page and I can’t feel anything out no more and I’m don’t know what to do because it won’t let me download any apps and I’m so bored and this phone is brand new.
