while playing Wordscapes, suddenly iPhone beeped and there was this message “your device is being scanned”. I wasn’t using any other app. Did Apple find out why this happens, looks like it’s not a new issue being reported!

The message is a Scam ad presented by some less than honest App you have installed, most likely the game you were playing. To get rid of the bogus message, delete the game, and report it at the App Store.
