Cannot Sent Mail(Your mailbox is full)

Hello, I have a problem with sending attachments larger than 10 MB, from an iPhone, using the Exchange mail server. After a cumulative update of the mail server, sending attachments became impossible.

Is there a solution to this problem?!

P.S. everything works fine on a MacBook

Apple Mail won't send attachments in email. Apple Mail has suddenly stopped sending attachments in email. Whether I drop the attachment into the email or choose a file with the paper clip, all it shows is the file is downloading but never attaches to the email. I tried attaching documents in safe mode and that works but when I restart in normal mode, it goes back to not attaching documents to emails. I have just updated to Sonoma 14.4 but it was happening before the update. Help.

Mail Keep getting the message ”Downloading” when i want to send an attachment in Mail. But nothing ever downloads. Updated to 13.1. and sent 2 attachments before it defaulted back to that message. No reply from Apple to previous message
