Are you reading the posts you've received? Clearly not. We cannot help you. Repeat - WE CANNOT HELP YOU. The only person who can help you is the person who originally locked the phone. And since we can assume that is NOT you, no one, including Apple can help you.

Continuing to ask for help with an Activation Locked iPhone here will get you nowhere. Either get your money back as the phone is utterly useless to you, or recycle the phone responsibly. That's ALL anyone can help you with.

You contact the owner to have them remove the activation lock. That is the only way.

You don't, you were scammed. You cannot unlock it, only the original owner can. Turn the phone over to the police, most likely it is stolen.

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.

If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.

If you do not know the owner, the phone is useless. Return it for a refund.
