Compromised password

Hi,

I received a notification on my iPhone (14, 2022) that my eBay password appeared in a data leak, is ‘compromised’, and I should change it immediately.

However, I haven’t used eBay in years and the user name that showed up in my keychain is definitely not mine (‘my’ listed user name - redacted in screenshot below- is showing as something similar to: ‘allgoodyoucanhaveitnow’).

I’m being advised to visit eBay to change my password but this isn’t my user name. Scam? If so, why is it/how did it get into my saved usernames/passwords and why is it even associated with me/my phone at all?

Many thanks for any help/advice.

I bought my current phone brand new, and no one but me has used it. One predecessor phone was stolen years ago (iPhone 8) and I reported to apple right away.

The only strange issue re this (current) phone is that since owning it I’ve been getting periodic texts to one particular person. The texts seem up to date too (ie not mistakenly sent to an old number). For example, I’ll get a text saying ‘hey sis, can you pick up the kids today…’. Always to the same person. Not sure if that’s relevant.

Thanks for your response.
