Why can't I hear anything on calls on my iPhone 11?
Hi I have the iPhone 11 and when ur on call you can’t hear anything unless it’s on speaker phone and I’ve tried everything to get it to turn up

That sounds like a bad earpiece speaker. I suggest that you contact Apple and arrange for them to evaluate the phone. They can do some diagnostics remotely.
