Since iPhone 15 is one of the newer models will the apple intelligence come to this model? I asked Apple Support and they told me it will come out to the iPhone 15 but when I checked Apple Intelligence out more carefully it said it will only come out to the new pro models, so which is true?

Apple only shows it will be available for the 15 Pro and Pro Max models.
It may eventually come to the regular iPhone 15, but there is no way to know at this point.
Basically, stick to Apple's own website for accurate data.
The Support person may simply have been mistaken or failed to consider the non-Pro models of the iPhone 15.

We can't know for sure. But since iPhone 15 uses the same processor which was in iPhone 14 Pro models and they will not get Apple Intelligence, and Apple has publicly stated it is going to be available on only iPhone 15 Pro models, it wouldn't seem likely iPhone 15 will get it, because they don't have the processing power to use it as do the 15 Pro models. That is a guess on my part, but a likely good guess.
