Can I upgrade SMB1 from Monterey 12.7.5

Sonos have stopped supporting SMB1 and I can no longer add my music library to the Sonos Controller. Having tried all suggested troubleshooting and updating to the latest controller I think this could be the cause. Can anyone please tell me if I can upgrade SMB1 to a compatible version? Without this I fear I can no longer use Sonos without upgrading my machine... Thanks.

Where Do I Find SMB Version on iMacs (Sonos Issue) As some may know, Sonos abruptly stopped supporting NAS drives (USBs) for music library storage. Their moderators and support team reply that the SMB v1 protocol will no longer be supported with their new, hapless app. This issue has effected A LOT of users. I have two iMacs: A late 2015 model using Mojave (it works for me) and, one that's only two years old running Ventura. Both accessed USB drives to play music and worked perfectly. I can play music from the desktop controllers on my iMac but, nothing from the iOS iPhone app. It does not list my Music Library at all. I'm at wits end. Does anyone know what SMB versions the Mac OS utilizes and/or where is that found? Yes, I have SMB selected in File Sharing.

Garageband for Catalina 10.15.7 I have an older imac circ.2013 running Catalina 10.15.7. My children are using this computer for school work and part of that includes musical training. Fortunately we were gifted this mac. Unfortunately we can not download GB. The OS is too old. That is truely unfortunate. We had not owned a previous version. I have learned there is no good way around this. I have also learned that we are not the only people seeking solutions for this. Can anyone tell me how to feedback to dev. on this issue as it is truly unfortunate that people running older systems are not able to use excellent software.

MacBook Pro M4 won’t link to music on external SD drive Just bought my first MBP in 15 years after my old one finally died. Used an external SD Drive to play my music on and its been a charm. So when I tried on the new unit an MBP M4 Pro it doesnt seem to want to link to it. Any ideas? Went to Settings - Files and changed the location but nothing is there. The SD Drive works, has all my books on it and links to Calibre no prob. TIA [Re-Titled by Moderator]
