Used Command + Shift + Plus by accident. Need to reverse the effect
PLEASE HELP!! I used Command + Shift + Plus by accident and now the screen is drastically zoomed in. How do I reverse this?

As Niel wrote command shift minus does the opposite. If that action did not undo what you did, Change Zoom settings for accessibility on Mac - Apple Support describes the available options.
