As Niel wrote command shift minus does the opposite. If that action did not undo what you did, Change Zoom settings for accessibility on Mac - Apple Support describes the available options.

Press the Minus key instead of the Plus one.

On a U.S. keyboard, use shift+cmd+0 (zero) to undo the zoom effect.
I did that immediately afterwards and it didn't do anything
Thank you. I tried that as well to no avail. I don't know if it matters, but this is happening only on google docs. All other browser windows are normal.
