You can't. iPhone storage is a fixed size and cannot be increased.

I do have 64gb storage in my iPhone as well. For me, photo library takes a lot of space in iPhone. Go to settings and turn on Optimised iPhone storage under photos tab, it’ll replace high resolution picture to lower one and when you open a image, it’ll revert back to original which help free up space by compressing older pictures.

Offload unused applications.

In settings-General , under iPhone storage, look for any recommendations trailer for you.

Aside: If that is an iPhone X, as your tag line indicates, 64 GB is the amount of flash storage. According to MacTracker, the iPhone X has 3 GB of RAM.

I'm not so certain you're referring to RAM. It may be internal storage you are referring to...

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:
