Automation - Turn Off...cannot change from Never

I have several rooms with hue lights and motion detectors. I use Automations to control lights according to detected motion. One of the options is to set the Turn Off time in minutes. In most of these automations, that Turn Off time is set initially to Never. However, when I change this value to any of the given choices, after closing the automation (which supposedly saves it), and then reopening the automation, the Turn Off time is reset to Never. This is incredibly frustrating, as I now have no automated on/off control over the lights. The lights can only be controlled manually through the buttons in the Home app, not through the automations.

What is going on and how can I fix this? Any ideas? Thanks!
