iPhone 11 won’t turn on — shows empty battery (<5% screen)

iPhone 11 — cleaned charging port with metal fine point tweezers, now won’t turn on (just shows battery symbol).

Wondering if there’s a possibility that you can short circuit it by messing with the port???

iPad Pro won’t turn on or charge I’ve tried cleaning the port, tried different leads to charge. It worked perfectly until an update. I also tried different Apple power plugs and different electrical outlets. Nothing. I know that I cannot replace the battery myself as is the case with most Apple products (very inconvenient), is it possible to have this replaced if it is the cause?
