guilded acess on my iphone.my iphone wont go back to any screens or even turn off i tried the 3 button deal but didnt work. Im stuck.
I have an iphone 12 pro max. I cant turn off phone or get back o home page. The three button thing didnt help. Im lock on this page. Please help.

Triple-click the Side or Home button, enter your Guided Access passcode, then tap End. Or if you turned on Touch ID or Face ID for Guided Access, double-click the Side or Home button.
Did you enable Touch ID or FAce ID when you set it up?
