Cannot Verify Server Identity

Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts and delete the calendar subscriptions that you do not recognize.

If you don't see any subscription or suspicious account:

• Open the Calendar app.
• At the bottom of the screen, tap Calendars.
• Look for a calendar that you do not recognize. Tap the More Information button “I’ next to this calendar, then scroll down and tap Delete Calendar.

FINALLY figured this out. We are all on the right track -- it is old legacy leagueathletic sports calendars that are haunting you. That app was sunsetted I guess. I unsubscribed from all of the old calendars weeks ago but have been still getting popups. Today I went to subscribe to a new calendar for my son's upcoming football season and I realized that calendars can be stored either on your iphone or in icloud! I had unsubscribed to all of my "on the iphone" calenders (settings, calendars) but sure enough there were calendars on the icloud I still had. I just deleted all of them. It's only been a little bit but no popups so far!!!

I finally figured it out! It is the calendars and I deleted the old calendar causing the problem (it was one of my kids’ old travel volleyball teams, so look for one of those). However, deleting it off my phone didn’t end the problem. I had to log onto my computer and delete the calendar there!

Had the same issue. Go to Settings, then Calendars (within settings) and you will find the old League app calendar subscription. You can delete from there. Was maddening.

It ended up being a youth sports calendar. We unsubscribed and all is fixed. It wasn’t super obvious to notice.

is related to youth sports. I unsubscribed to the old youth sports calendars I used to subscribe to and it seems to have solved the issue. I followed the directions in the first post. Thank you for that information.

I had the same issue - it is 100% some calendar that's messing up. I deleted a calendar from when my kid played softball a couple of years ago and it was still on there. It was the "leaguesports.com" (or whatever it was) that was showing up for me. Problem solved. What a frustrating couple of days.

I was also getting this pop-up message over the past two days. I followed the instructions above and found this leagueathletics.com account in my calendar subscriptions. I did not subscribe to this account and deleted it. Fairly concerning.

That’s exactly what mine was . Deleted the account assoc with my daughter’s old lacrosse team . (Thank u andyr1967)The account is many yrs old , but only recently in last couple of mo , this pop up started . That can’t b good

I followed the instructions from 6x6 and the problem seems to have gone away. It may have been a calendar added by a medical office when they added an appointment to my calendar.

My wife and I have been having this issue for at least 2 weeks now with no solutions. I tried the calendar thing and neither of us are subscribed to a random calendar.

i personally think it has something to do with the NBC Peakcock app we downloaded for the Olympics. However, my wife never downloaded it on her phone. I downloaded Peacock on my phone but then have uninstalled and done 2 updates since this issue.

I’ve also reset network settings. Hard reset my phone. Idk what else to try. Super annoying.

I’m having the same issue! Unfortunately, I am subscribed to several kids athletic calendars that I am actually using for my grandchildren sports activities. Like lkw1330 I also downloaded the Olympics app and peacock. So not sure where this is coming from, but I can’t seem to get rid of it. It’s happening every few seconds, and definitely affecting my workflow. So incredibly annoying! None of the solutions have worked for me as no calendars show up when I go to settings. Hopefully someone will come up with another solution.

I tried this but don’t see anything other than yahoo and iCloud listed. I don’t have a more information button (or not sure how to find this I. Could you please review step by step fix with tips? This message is driving me crazy, it appears every few minutes.

I have tried all the above and the league athletics is still showing up. Ugh!!!
