Possible IPhone Virus/Malware/Spyware

Good afternoon all,

I had just woken up this morning and couldn’t really see, so when I typed my web address for my email provider, I believe I may have accidentally typed something else. A website opened but looked like a blank page and my iPhone screen began flickering and I couldn’t swipe or do anything for that matter. I powered it off and when it restarted, everything was back to normal. I soon downloaded the 17.6 update for iOS after noticing the update was available. Do I have to worry about malware, spyware or viruses? I apologize for the length of this question, and if it helps, I was using the DuckDuckGo.com browser, not safari, but it has since been deleted. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

There are no known malware/spyware/hack/virus for a non jailbroken phone.
