Unable to exit recovery mode

Recently my iPhone, an 11, stopped working, the first issue was when it shut off randomly, and then after I attempted to turn it on again it entered a reboot loop where it would constantly start turning on again and display the Apple logo then turn off again. In an attempt to fix it I put it into recovery mode to see if I could update or doing so would reset the phone so that upon exiting it would work again, however since I have not been able to exit recovery mode and any attempt to update through iTunes from my computer fails and gives me an error (I think it was 4013 but it is definitely that one 9, 4005, or 4014).

Any advice on how I might be able to turn my phone back on, at least for long enough to get my pictures off and stuff?
