How can I set up my Apple Watch 9 to notify my husband in emergencies?

I have been having difficulty walking lately. I have fallen several times. I would like to be able to notify my husband on his iPhone using my Apple Watch 9.

This explains. Read it thoroughly. Be certain your husband is set up as an emergency contact, then he would be notified in addition to emergency services.

Sometimes when I fall, I only need help getting up. I do not need EMTs. I was hoping there was a way I could just contact him. Thank you both for your input.

As an alternative, if Apple Watch is cellular (with cellular coverage), or is within range of the iPhone (with coverage), you can make a call or send a text directly from Watch.
