Can Apple Watch Fall Detection send text alerts only?
I want to get my father an apple watch for fall detection. However, I do now want it to call emergency services, just to text myself and my brother. Is that possible?

Emergency Services are ALWAYS called first, then the Emergency Contacts are notified.
