Is there a way that I can transfer my Apple purchases to an Android?

Here's my issue; I recently purchased an Android phone after owning an apple iPhone for 19 years and have a lot of apps from Apple store. Here's the problem once I made the switch I realized that I couldn't just transfer apps from my iPhone over to my Android. The problem is apps that I've purchased one time from Apple that were premium apps with all of the upgrades in the app, once purchased on Android no longer have the premium features and have to be purchased again. Also on Apple they were a one time premium charge but on Android they're a monthly or yearly subscription. Is there any way to credit or transfer the prior subscription cost that's already been paid for through the Apple store over to the Google play store for the same app? For example the AccuWeather app had to be repurchased on the Google play store without the premium features that were previously purchased on my iPhone through the Apple store.
