Seems you can only do so for windows.
So, a mutual machine may work. That's the only workaround for non-macOS compatible devices on a Mac, and VMWARE Fusion may do just fine.
If this is a bizhub 226 without any extra equipment, it may have a USB interface only. If so, your options are limited. There are a few Linux drivers from the Konica Minolta Download Centre (https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/support/download-centre). A workaround using a print server with AirPrint capabilities (see, for example, the Raspberry Pi method described by Techguyuk in Can’t print with iPadOS17 - Apple Community) could possibly be one way. The idea here is to use a Linux print server as an intermediary, thus allowing a macOS computer or an iPhone/iPad to see a (normally unsupported) USB printer as an AirPrint device on a network. This may or may not work with your printer. It would be experimental.
On the konica site I can't find a driver for MAC, only for windows.

Setting Up KONICA MINOLTA 336:
No. But, watch a search for videos on YouTube, directly from the Manufacture, and none other:
IMPORTANT: Watch videos from the manufacture and no one else, as a way to avoid scams and stuff.
Can you help me with concrete steps to install the printer? Thanks
