How can I set up a Konica 226 Printer on MacBook Air M3

how can i use a konica 226 printer for a mac air M3? I can't find any drivers on the Minolta website.

Seems you can only do so for windows.

So, a mutual machine may work. That's the only workaround for non-macOS compatible devices on a Mac, and VMWARE Fusion may do just fine.

If this is a bizhub 226 without any extra equipment, it may have a USB interface only. If so, your options are limited. There are a few Linux drivers from the Konica Minolta Download Centre (https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/support/download-centre). A workaround using a print server with AirPrint capabilities (see, for example, the Raspberry Pi method described by Techguyuk in Can’t print with iPadOS17 - Apple Community) could possibly be one way. The idea here is to use a Linux print server as an intermediary, thus allowing a macOS computer or an iPhone/iPad to see a (normally unsupported) USB printer as an AirPrint device on a network. This may or may not work with your printer. It would be experimental.
