Continuous charges from APPLE.COM/bill for around $12 for 5 times

I got charged on my card close to 5 times for $12 each. And it's still going on.

I've removed all the money from my card - and I am still getting notifications from the bank for attempted transaction.

Why is this happening and how to stop it?
