can I install beta versions with itunes?

I have an iphone 12 and I will like to install beta versions on my phone but the space is limited and I can only install updates with Itunes, but I see not the option of beta installs in the computer application

iTunes cannot be used to install iOS betas. That would an over the air option on device. Not wise if you think you have insufficient space. Make sure that you have multiple backups (i.e. computer and iCloud) before proceeding.
